Medical Record Review

Providing expert review of medical records for medical malpractice and personal injury cases. We provide a summary of findings that includes professional analysis, deviations from standard of care, missing or incomplete medical records. Our reports not only help you best leverage the information in the medical records but we will also show you what information opposing council can use in the medical record against your case.

Chronology of Medical Records

We dive into the medical records and place them into chronological order and provide a detailed, organized timeline of events. We highlight crucial medical facts and trends. We identify gaps, delays, or errors in treatment. We provide expert opinions, definitions, illustrations, and explanations of medical terminology. We also provide evidence-based practice research as necessary. We support case evaluation, strategy, and expert witness preparation.

Defense Medical Exam/Independent Medical Exam (DME/IME)

We will prepare the client before the exam, let client know what to expect during the exam, and a company the client during exam for observation. If allowed, we will audio record the exam. After all exams are completed, we will provide a summary of the exam. All of our experts are there to support the client and identify any gaps there maybe during the exam.
